• Rearranged the order of some rules

Chase rules are relatively simple but are designed to be quite tense if the wrong decisions are made. They may require a few additional reivisons as time goes on but as they stand they're basically done. 

Some of the rules are moved such as 'Paths and Shortcuts' being moved closer to the trekking rules so they're easier to find when travelling.
